If you could inspire others to take action, what would you tell them about volunteering?
Volunteering isn’t just about giving time—it’s about seeing a problem and choosing action over apathy. Even if your impact isn’t as big as you envisioned, you’ve still changed the world more than a lifetime of motionless criticism ever will.So ask yourself: What’s broken? What can you fix? Every act of service creates a ripple effect. And the best time to start is now.
bring 1-2 sentences about yourself and why you volunteer and projects you participated in.
As the creator of a volunteering platform, I’ve contributed to many projects—but always with the goal of empowering people. When you give others the right tools, they can create something extraordinary. One example is the ComputerKlasse in Munich, which helped people learn basic computer skills, enabling them to apply for jobs they previously couldn’t. This, in turn, fostered self-sufficiency and created long-term opportunities.Beyond that, I organized regular sports events to connect refugees and locals, volunteered as a football coach at buntkicktgut, an intercultural street soccer league, and dedicated time to mentoring, tutoring, and many other initiatives—all with the belief that small actions can drive meaningful change.
